However, if your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your goods at [email protected]. Be sure to include your order number, a photo of the faulty goods, and proof of purchase. If the item is found to be faulty or incorrect, we will work with you to provide a refund, replacement, or store credit, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
